    The futura program

    The program is geared to applicants who already have international experience, and strong entrepreneurial capabilities, and who are currently undertaking diploma courses such as an MBA. The aim of the Futura program is to prepare its students for positions of responsibility, by taking them on in positions that encourage them to develop their operational capabilities quickly : management of a profit center, executive assistant to an operations or resources director...
    Motivating projects are included within these jobs in order to develop individuals' abilities.
    Following this first job, program students will benefit from upward mobility, to another position, company or country.
