    Over 60 % of our 53.000 employees are based outside of France:
    23% in Americas,
    18% in Europe w/o France,
    6% in Japan,
    16% in Asia-Pacific.


    As for sales on international markets, they amount to as much as 80% of our total sales. In terms of human resources, LVMH is also engaged in fruitful partnerships with the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS), the Program of International Management (PIM), the China-Europe International School in Shanghai, etc., which reflects LVMH's international mindset.
