Thanks to its brand development strategy, LVMH has had a strong growth dynamic since its creation in 1987. This is apparent in an increase in turnover (12.229 billion euros in 2001) and the expansion of its international retail network (over 1,500 stores worldwide).

Today, 56 000 employees, 63% of whom are based outside France, share the LVMH Group's values.
