Louis Vuitton invites us on another exciting journey with a new ad campaign created by photographer and director duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. A series of six still shots and a film feature the Louis Vuitton woman, exquisitely chic and bold, set in one of the world’s most mythic museums, the Louvre.
The location is no accident since it was here that Louis Vuitton served his first and most loyal customer, Empress Eugénie. The tone of the campaign draws inspiration from the colors and light of the Italian Masters room in the Louvre, an homage to Louis Vuitton‘s cultural heritage and an allegorical journey that invites viewers to take control of their own destiny.
