a woman’s touch

The EllesVMH coaching program has been created to support the professional growth of talented women throughout the LVMH Group. A new video presents the key components of this initiative at different stages in the career development of women executives.

The four dimensions of EllesVMH Coaching are international exposure, expression of ambition, self marketing and work/life balance. Focusing on these aspects aids LVMH’s high-potential women executives to effectively guide their career itinerary and at the same time discover more about themselves.

The program is designed to help increase the percentage of women on the executive committees of Group companies to 40 percent  by 2015, an ambitious but realistic objective. The video presents lighthearted anecdotes that speak eloquently to the underlying issues, as Group senior executives recount their working relations with talented women and their vision of leadership.
