Givenchy Haute Couture
In 1961, Hubert de Givenchy moved his House’s headquarters to the heart of Paris’ Golden Triangle. The second floor of the five-story Haussmannian Hôtel de Caraman, located at 3 avenue George-V, is flooded with light through vast bay windows crowned by unusual quatrefoils. The first floor offers breathtaking views of the Place de l’Alma and the Eiffel Tower.
It is here, in the Petit and Grand salons, that the House’s clientele can discover the exquisite details of the season’s collections that have been expertly crafted by artisan dressmakers, embroiderers, and feather dressers.
Following Hubert de Givenchy’s retirement in 1995, the House continued to shine through its Haute Couture collections as well as its women’s and men’s prêt-à- porter. Since 2005, Riccardo Tisci, Givenchy Artisic Director, brings his creative vision to the founder’s proud legacy at this mythic address.
