Dior revisits Fahrenheit, its cult fragrance for men launched in 1988, with an intense and mysterious variation on the original composition: Fahrenheit Absolute. The inimitable violet note is retained, and highlighted by rare, noble ingredients: myrrh in the top note, incense in the heart, and oud wood in the dry-down.
The bottle remains true to the conical shape of the classic Fahrenheit, but adopts more somber, burnt tones. This new, darker ambiance extends to the advertising campaign, which portrays the Dior Fahrenheit man as an adventurer at the ends of the earth, confronting an untamed, incandescent nature.
