Louis Vuitton unveils
Jean Larivière Case

VIEW PHOTOS

Designed by photographer Jean Larivière and made at Louis Vuitton’s historic workshop in Asnières, the Jean Larivière Case celebrates the remarkable collaboration between Louis Vuitton and the artist. Covered with Damier Graphite canvas, the case holds some of the photographer’s most stunning photos, shot in Rajasthan, China and Hong Kong.

It also reveals a lesser-known side of the artist in a monograph of his work, accompanied by a platinum print developed and signed by the artist. The photo, entitled “The helicopter door”, is inspired by the helicopter built at the beginning of the 20th century by Louis Vuitton’s grandsons.

Available at six Maisons Louis Vuitton around the world, the Jean Larivière Case is a tribute to the unique relationship he forged with the House for over 20 years as he criss-crossed the globe in a quest for spectacular landscapes to illustrate “The Soul of Travel” advertising campaign.
