Three surveys recently named LVMH “Most Attractive Employer”. The Randstad Award is given each year to the most attractive employer in France, based on a nationwide survey of 12,000 employees or job candidates. LVMH was given the award on March 15 in the consumer goods and agribusiness category.

On March 19, employer branding specialist Universum confirmed LVMH’s position at the top of the list of “Ideal Employers” among French business school students for the seventh consecutive year.

In 2012, Universum also released its first ranking of most attractive companies among students. Here too, LVMH took the number one spot. Over 31,000 students from top French business schools and university voted for LVMH as their ideal employer in 2012.

Lastly, on April 11, employer branding institute Trendence announced that business school students had named LVMH as their most preferred employer for the fourth consecutive year.

Once again this year, leading surveys that gauge employer attractiveness have placed LVMH at the top of their rankings. The attractiveness of the LVMH group is anchored in the image and impact of its companies, which blend savoir-faire and innovation in a unique ecosystem. This ecosystem is inspired by core values shared across the Group: excellence, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.

The Group’s attractive ecosystem is nourished by an ambitious human resources policy that promotes geographic and functional mobility, along with active training and skills development initiatives designed to allow each employee to contribute to the “Future of Tradition”.
