Guerlain Artistic Director Olivier Echaudemaison gave the Iranian-Egyptian designer full creative license. She came up with a precious compact whose intricate lace-like metal work traces the forms of a mashrabiya and a bee – a playful allusion to those first historic Guerlain fragrance bottles.
