For the 6th time in 8 participations in the competition, TAG Heuer was awarded at the 2010 Grand Prix de l’Horlogerie de Genève, the watch industry’s most prestigious honor. TAG Heuer took the covered "Petite Aiguille" ("Small Hand") award for its Carrera 1887 chronograph with the new Calibre1887 mechanical chronograph movement, developed entirely in-house.

A marvel of engineering and design, this unprecedented “motor” is the fruit of three years of meticulous work with state-of-the-art technologies. It brings the chronograph into the 3rd millennium in terms of performance and once again showcases TAG Heuer’s pioneering spirit.
