LVMH sponsors Abramovic exhibition

Organized with support from LVMH, the retrospective tracing the career of Marina Abramovic, entitled "The Artist is Present", runs at the MoMa (Museum of Modern Art, New York) until May 31. It presents the 40-year career of the Serbian native, considered a pioneer in body art and performance art.

The centerpiece of the exhibition is a truly remarkable performance by Marina Abramovic, who remains seated at a table for seven hours each day, facing visitors seated across from her who gaze at her unwavering face. The artist has also selected and trained 39 performers to recreate certain of her performances.
