At La Grande Epicerie de Paris this winter, palette rhymes with palate as everyday fruits and vegetables come to multi-color life in a playful, original photo exhibit. From cabbage and carrots to tomatoes and lemons, a rainbow of color bursts from delectable arrangements.

Photographer Florent Tanet’s buffet of sculptures and still lifes transforms the vegetables into stars, giving visitors a new appetite for this underappreciated source of vitamin-packed cuisine.
