Récoltes 2008 Givenchy |
ivenchy's Récoltes 2008 harvest collection is a fresh invitation to a fabulous journey of scents through four emblematic fragrances, reinterpreted as Eaux de Parfum.
Each year since 2005, the House has presented its "Récoltes" harvest collections, specially designed versions of three iconic fragrances.
Each one is rewritten with a distinctive floral note to reveal a subtly novel take on the original creations.
This year, Ange ou Démon joins the Harvest collection of Organza, Amarige and Very Irrésistible Givenchy.
For Ange ou Démon, the perfumer features Sambac jasmine, a flower with a strikingly delicate freshness harvested in Madurai, India. The natural luminous tones awaken the vegetal notes of the original perfume.

Ange ou Démon Récolte 2008 Givenchy |
Organza this year welcomes the glowing sensuality of orange blossom harvested in Khemisset, Morocco. The fragrance expresses a more complex olfactory personality in a floral register that is more opulent and fleshy than the original.
An extremely rare variety of the ylang ylang flower harvested on the island of Nosy Be has been selected to magnify Amarige. This exotic star from Madagascar has a voluptuous richness that gives the fascinating fragrance an almost addictive enchanting effect.
For Very Irrésistible Givenchy, the perfumer selected Damascena rose harvested in Isparta, Turkey, for a delicate and textured floral scent. Vibrant and fresh, carnal and suave, the composition takes on an unprecedented air of seduction.
For these limited editions Givenchy has created precious bottles with black satin ribbons, nestled in boxes decorated with the exceptional flowers selected for the 2008 harvest.
