As official partner for the past 12 years of the César Awards – France’s Oscars – Chaumet enjoys intimate ties with the cinema. The jeweler has reprised its role with a new release of Révelations, which showcases rising stars of French film.

Chaumet’s history is marked by close ties to the world of cinema. The jewelry house has adorned the greatest actresses with its most beautiful jewels. Following emblematic ambassador Sophie Marceau, the new face of Chaumet is actress Marine Vacth, a rising star of French cinema.

With the Révélations project, Chaumet spotlights young talents. The event focuses the attention of the Académie des César on artists nominated for the Most Promising Young Actress and Young Actor awards. Thirty-four young actors and actresses are celebrated this year in a film and photos shot by Sonia Sieff. Her work premiered at the beginning of January during a star-studded soirée in the Chaumet salons, followed by dinner at the Hôtel Meurice. The Rising Stars were accompanied by their “godmothers” and “godfathers”, all accomplished members of France’s film community.

The recently announced nominees include actresses Camille Cottin, Sara Giraudeau, Zita Hanrot, Diane Rouxel and Lou Roy-Lecollinet, and actors Swann Arlaud, Quentin Dolmaire, Félix Moati, Finnegan Oldfield and Rod Paradot. All will be vying for the César du Meilleur Espoir 2016 award, to be given on February 26th at the awards ceremony, which is sponsored by Chaumet.
