Annually, 2,700 managers benefit from mobility within the Group, and this figure has risen steadily in recent years. All managerial roles are concerned: for example, ¾ of general management positions are filled through internal promotions.

TRAINING FOR DEVELOPMENT
Each employee’s training program is viewed as a strategic tool which enhances his or her performance at a key time in a key job. LVMH actively supports its employees’ professional development by offering training and development opportunities at Group, regional and company level, in accordance with their needs.
The Group organizes its training offer into two core areas: enhancing cross-disciplinary and strategic skills, and essential ingredients for its current and future leaders. LVMH also seeks to raise awareness of the Group and its ecosystem by emphasizing our five values: innovation and creativity, the excellence of products and services, brand image enhancement, entrepreneurship, and wanting to be the best at everything we do.
The Houses also offer specific job or management training, or training in products and services. They draw on their own cultures, conventions and skills.
