Training is an essential resource that supports the development of all managers. Management of Performance and Potential (MPP) and OMR reviews identify development needs.

Training plans are then agreed by employees and their managers, aligned with individual career aspirations and the business needs of the organization. These training plans are then implemented by Human Resources.

The Group, individual companies and regions all propose training programs matched to the needs of their staff.

Training organized by LVMH companies revolves around their distinctive culture, codes and technical competencies. Regional Group Training (Americas, Asia Pacific, France, Japan) is designed for “local” staff in all our businesses. These sessions provide opportunities to strengthen skills, become better acquainted with the LVMH ecosystem, and forge ties with colleagues from other LVMH companies.
