LVMH continually seeks to deepen its pool of talent through a unique initiative for international recruitment and development of experienced high-potential executives called FuturA.

The FuturA initiative recruits and develops executives with the potential and skills to hold strategic positions with the Group in a five-year horizon.

A highly demanding selection process identifies high potentials with distinctive profiles:

– five to ten years of successful professional experience;
– graduates of a top MBA program or equivalent experience;
– a strong multicultural dimension: foreign work experience and language skills, experience in international environments;
– a strong affinity with luxury products and services.
