The Opportunity:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate candidate for the position of IT Manager for LVMH Fashion Group ME. LVMH Fashion Group Middle East oversees CELINE, GIVENCHY, LOEWE, FENDI and KENZO for the GCC region (UAE, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain).

 

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations based in our Dubai Head Office and managing the external IT Technicians, the IT Manager will be responsible for leading IT activities for LVMH FG ME, providing on-site/remote assistance to HQ & retail stores. They will contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies, ensuring seamless operations, and driving technological advancements to support business growth.

Job responsibilities

Working closely with the regional and European HQ teams, the key responsibilities will be:

Endpoint Management:

  • Maintaining & Monitoring: Implement and proactive Management /configuration /Monitoring of all IT systems to ensure optimal performance and stability. Systems include:
    • Dell Servers
    • Dell Laptops and Desktops/all in one Monitors/Docking systems.
    • MacBooks
    • iPhones & iPads
    • HP & RICOH Printers
    • Symbol Barcode Scanners
    • Zebra Label Printers
    • CCTV Systems
    • Access Control Systems
    • Adyen POS Devices
    • Meeting Room Devices
    • Music Players
    • Retail Academy Devices

Network Infrastructure Management (Cisco Meraki)

    • Upgrade Initiatives, Monitoring, Maintenance, Configuration, Troubleshooting.
    • support organization, rely on 1Network and FG Network team

Application Support:

    • Managing updates, configurations, and security for POS systems, troubleshooting issues, planning and executing system upgrades or replacements, and deploying Windows OS via MDT or dedicated USB image installations tailored to each brand.
      Deploy mobile POS devices to improve customer service and sales efficiency.
    • Manage and support retail applications such as Cegid, Beanstore, Salesforce, SAP, and Syrus, Office 365, Dynamics 365

IT Support and Help Desk:

    • Incident, Problem, and Change Management, Knowledge Management (ServiceNow)
    • Provide IT support to all business units for smooth day-to-day operations.
    • End User support (250 + users in 5 countries (KSA UAE, QATAR, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT)
    • Oversee SIM card management for all company-provided mobile devices, including activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Active Directory Support:

    • Provide comprehensive Active Directory support across six distinct environments: FG (Fashion Group), Celine, Loewe, Givenchy, Fendi and Kenzo.
    • User and Group Management
    • Okta MFA Authentication

Project Support:

    • Provide comprehensive IT support for all new store openings/relocation/closing, encompassing cabling, primary internet setup, desktop and laptop deployment, iPhone and SIM card provisioning, and application access for store users. This includes on-time delivery and budget calculation based on core model requirements defined by HQ for each brand.
    • Lead IT projects, including implementations, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.

Asset Management & Green IT

  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions & Plan for the lifecycle of IT assets, including upgrades, replacements, and disposal via Green IT Process

Budget Management & Cost Optimization:

  • Prepare the IT procurement budget, including forecasting costs for hardware, software, services, and maintenance.
  • Leverage purchasing power to negotiate volume discounts with vendors & Vendor Selection & Management
  • Standardize IT equipment and software to reduce costs and improve manageability.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure that all Windows systems are protected with up-to-date antivirus with Sentinel One & Zscaler

Profile

PROFILE

  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant IT experience in a similar level role
  • Education: Degree in IT or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts and POS systems.
  • Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced & multi-brand environment.
  • Hands-on, very well organized, self-motivated and can do attitude.
  • Experience in Retail and/or Luxury Goods Industry a plus.
