POSITION: HR SUPERVISOR

YOUR IMPACT

 

Talent Acquisition

·      End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for retail positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

·      Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing channels (social media, headhunting, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring time-to-fill metrics are exceeded.

·      Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our employer value proposition to attract top-tier talent in the competitive market.

·      Interview Coordination: Design and conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews; coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate experience.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

·      Strong Communication: Serve as a trusted HR partner to retail team, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and talent decisions.

·      Advisory Support: Partner closely with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into practical HR solutions..

·      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions to drive people initiatives and support change management efforts.

HR Operations

·      Support and coordinate core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, compensation review, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives..

·      Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies while maintaining operational excellence.

·      Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights that support business and talent decisions..

·      Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience..

EDUCATION:

-       BACHELOR OR ABOVE

 

EXPERIENCE:

·       3-5 YEARS HR EXPERIENCE IN MNC OR CONSULTING FIRM

·       CONSUMER GOODS (LUXURY/FMCG/RETAIL) BACKGROUND IS PREFERRED

·       PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFULLY FILLING HARD-TO-FILL ROLES IN FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENTS.

·       EXPERIENCE DEMONSTRATING HRBP CAPABILITIES OR ACTING AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR TO BUSINESS LEADERS IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

 

COMPETENCIES:

·       EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH AND CHINESE, ABLE TO INFLUENCE STAKEHOLDERS.

·       DEEP KNOWLEDGE ON THE TALENT MARKET AND CAPABILITY IN USING SOURCING TECHNIQUES.

·       HIGH EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO DEMONSTRATE GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.

·       STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES WITH A FOCUS ON PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS.
