Context
Within the Finance Department, you will join the Finance Transformation team and actively participate in internal communication strategy and international community animation.
Les missions
Internal Communication
- Contribute to creating communication content adapted to various internal channels (newsletters, intranet, digital media)
- Participate in designing attractive and impactful visuals
- Assist in preparing and implementing communication materials for transformation projects
International Community Management
- Animate and energize our international community across different platforms
- Produce engaging and unifying content
- Manage interactions and foster community member engagement
- Contribute to multilingual communication strategy
Administrate learning programs
- Assist in the administration of learning program on the digital platform
Contribute to the follow-up of content providers
Votre profil
Required Skills
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Creativity and visual communication sense
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365 suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong skills in graphic creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Excellent English language skills
Appreciated Skills
- Understanding of financial department challenges
- Experience in digital community management
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Interest in finance and transformation
- Usage of AI tools
Transversal Skills
Adaptability, Teamwork, Proactivity, Learning ability, Rigor and organization
Informations complémentaires
You will report directly to the Senior Finance Change Manager in the Finance Department
Preferred rhythm : 4 days in the workplace / 1 day at school per week
Minimum level of studies : M1 (Bac+3)
- Dates : A partir de Septembre 2025
- Lieu : Paris 7ème
- Remboursement des transports à 75%
- Carte de tickets-restaurant à 50%
- 2 jours de télétravail par semaine
