The Manager, Influencer Relations will serve as the primary point of contact for managing digital influencer relationships and initiatives. The key responsibilities include building and nurturing partnerships with social influencers and executing campaigns designed to drive brand and product awareness across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape. Creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for social media and the beauty industry are essential. A strong interest in beauty content and influencers on platforms such as YouTube and social media is also highly valued.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage mid-tier influencer partnerships & campaigns to continue to build brand social’s presence
  • Represent the brand and negotiate with agencies on agreements/contracts
  • Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to increase quality & quantity of Benefit generated earned content
  • Oversee and continuously evolve influencer initiatives to maximize effectiveness for new launches & core products for both earned & paid efforts.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of the TikTok shop Affiliate Program with support from the TikTok Shop Coordinator and Senior Influencer Relations Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to support all relevant initiatives, partnership requests & content needs.
  • Work closely with influencer talent management to negotiate and develop contracts for paid opportunities using influencers (campaigns, photo shoots, experiences, meet & greets, etc.)

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years marketing, pr and/or digital experience required
  • 1-2 years digital influencer experience preferred
  • A passion for social media & the beauty industry
  • A knowledge & interest of beauty content & creators on YouTube & social media
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Proven track record for achieving results and driving projects

 

Schedule:

  • Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly to the Benefit SF Office

 

The target salary range for this position in California is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
