Job responsibilities

The aim of the internship is to support Benefit Cosmetics' Marketing and Digital Department in Portugal. The intern will have the opportunity to work on the company's local marketing plans, both supporting existing projects and creating their own, according to the brand's strategy.

Social Media

  • Plan and execute content on Instagram and TikTok
  • Create local content (office, news, etc.)
  • Answering/reacting to comments on Instagram and TikTok posts
  • Answering customer messages with questions
  • Sending prizes to competition winners

Public Relations and Influencers

  • Watch IG, YT and TikTok videos of influencers who talk about beauty and identify the influencers' favorite products.
  • Finding influencers, we haven't worked with yet, but who make sense to start a relationship with.
  • Preparing and sending out press kits (whenever necessary)
  • Support in organizing events (whenever necessary)

E retail

  • Tracking other brands' offers against purchases on sephora.pt and how they were highlighted in Sephora's communication. The intern should suggest best practices to be implemented by the brand.
  • Monitoring Benefit visibility and stock in Sephora's online store

Instore actions

  • Integration in the development of projects and implementation of 360 dynamics for integrated animation in Sephora stores
  • Sending materials to the stores in question

New products

  • Supporting the department in the launch plan for each new product
  • Developing activation for each new launch according to the brand's strategy (social networks, stores, street action, etc.).
  • Translating product sheets and newsletters

Reports

  • Preparation of monthly reports on all the actions carried out, to be sent to the European headquarters.
  • New product launch reports
  • Monthly internal communication with the field team

PROFILE NEEDED

  • MAIN STUDIES Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • LANGUAGES Portuguese native and English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
  • IT TOOLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).
  • OTHER Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 3 months (mandatory), full-time.
