Finance Operations and Projects Intern - Spring 2026

Position

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Finance Operations and Projects Intern for Spring 2026, based in New York City. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic students or recent graduates to contribute to key retail and corporate projects across the Americas.

As a Finance Operations and Projects Intern, you will support various finance operations and project tasks, contributing to the department's objectives with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution.

Job responsibilities

• Participate to the finance transformation of some internal processes by analyzing data and providing a clear vision for decision making.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned, participate to User Acceptance Tests (UAT), documentation of processes.
• Partner with the Finance Transformation manager:
  • Understand the key reconciliation processes.
  • Analyze any discrepancies in finance reconciliation as needed.
  • Participate to build an action plan and contribute to its execution once validated.

Client Centric & Excellence

• Work cross functionally with various internal and external stakeholders across Louis Vuitton Americas.

Profile

We are eager to speak to individuals who demonstrate an understanding of finance and accounting principles, alongside knowledge of project management methodologies. Familiarity with Office 365 applications, computer systems, and finance software is preferred, with PowerBI knowledge being beneficial. Essential qualities include strong organizational and time management abilities, a meticulous approach to work, and a commitment to accuracy in documentation. The role requires individuals who are collaborative, eager to learn, and possess effective communication skills.

Compensation

Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour

Graduate Interns will be compensated at: $25/hour

Criteria

Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.

Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC.
