The Moët Hennessy Consumer Insights & Analytics Department is looking for an Intern (M/F) for a 6-month period starting in January 2024.
As a Strategic Insights Planner intern, you will work closely with the Strategic Insights Lead to support various projects ranging from cultural to business aspects. Operating within the wider Global Insights, Data & Analytics department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic analysis and contribute to the development of compelling insights and impactful analyses through effective storytelling. You will be responsible for integrating diverse sources of information, including desk research, sales data, social listening, and consumer insights, to uncover key trends, transversal topics, and provide recommendations.
Job responsibilities
Watch Management & Communication
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and innovations.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, industry events, and relevant news to provide timely insights and recommendations.
- Curate and cascade the watch to the right persons at the right time.
- Animate our weekly insights newsletter for the whole organization.
Collaborate with the Strategic Insights Lead on projects across different markets, brands, and departments within the organization.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including sales data, consumer insights, and social media listening tools, to identify patterns and opportunities
- Conduct thorough research, analysis and forecast on the wines & spirits categories to understand market dynamics and anticipate future trends.
- Support in developing compelling reports, presentations, visualizations, and workshops to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Collaborate with the different departments of the wider insights & analytic teams, including Consumer Insights, Social Listening, and Market Intelligence teams.
- Participate in day-to-day relationships with the different teams across the different Maisons, markets, and departments (M&A, Communication, Public Affairs …) to ensure insights are integrated into strategic decision-making processes.

Languages:
Mandatory English
Personal and interpersonal skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent research abilities, with experience in conducting desk research and utilizing various data sources.
- Knowledge or interest in the wines & spirits industry and luxury sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and excellent copywriting/storytelling skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
