YOUR IMPACT _________
The Retail Executive is responsible for driving the sales across selected markets in Parfums Christian Dior Travel Retail Hong Kong & Macau as well as collaborate with retailers to manage day to day business. You will report into the Assistant Retail Manager (ARM) to develop retail sales, oversee business reporting, deliver operational excellence that is in line with the brand image and stature in the market.
Job responsibilities
YOUR MISSION _________
Account Management:
- Assist in managing duty-free accounts for Hong Kong & Macau markets, including sales orders and operations.
- Liaise with POS or operators for supply needs: product availability, assortments, lead-times, orders, returns.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Partner with internal departments to plan replenishments and distribute products/testers/AOG/counter disposables according to counter activities, monthly plans, and sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with trade, training, and VM teams to achieve sales targets and facilitate on-counter activations.
Logistics & Inventory:
- Monitor stock movement closely with the Singapore logistics team to supply counter needs.
- Perform all administrative tasks related to sales orders, stock allocation, invoicing, and returns.
Sales & Reporting:
- Drive retail sales by reviewing targets and performance with Retail Managers (RM) monthly.
- Work with field teams, retailers, and training teams to ensure sales objectives are met through BC motivation and coaching.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis on sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Compile monthly commentary and sales reports, work with retailers for timely submissions, and prepare stock-on-hand data for healthy stockholding.
Operations:
- Ensure operational excellence across all counters by ensuring timely delivery of saleables, GWPs, testers, POSMs, and trade tools.
- Collaborate with VM team to uphold high standards for in-store visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock across counters to optimize best sellers and slow movers.
- Provide administrative and logistics support to retail teams and stores.
Communication & Training:
- Communicate with the field on new launch info, follow up on novelty stock and tester distribution, and prepare feedback for the marketing team.
- Conduct regular on-counter coaching with the field team to drive sales objectives and identify challenges.
- Act as the key contact point between retailers, retail, VM, and training through strong collaboration and communication.
Incentives & Promotions:
- Plan monthly BC incentives to drive business.
- Initiate and evaluate GWP mechanics for all counters.
Profile
WHO YOU ARE _________
- At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity. Exposure to Travel Retail would be a plus.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel). Exposure and conversant in other data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik and Salesforce etc is a plus.
- Business orientated, sensitive to numbers and reporting
- Results and action oriented (able to think on their feet, react quickly to solve problems)
- Team player & strong communication skills
