Attracting and developing early career professionals throughout their career path within LVMH and its Maisons is key to ensure we perpetuate the success of the Group.

Committed to supporting younger generations, LVMH is accelerating its policy dedicated to them, particularly in terms of training and access to employment. In 2023, the Group and the Maisons hired more than 39,000 talents under 30.

Launched in 2016, the INSIDE LVMH initiative gives students and graduates an opportunity to immerse themselves in our ecosystem, be inspired by our leaders and enrich their skill set, while we fuel a pipeline of passionate and qualified candidates for all Maisons.

INSIDE LVMH also aims to strengthen the ways in which we interact with new generations to foster engagement, accessibility and inclusivity – of profiles, schools, geographies – to broaden the reach of transmission of our knowledge and savoir-faire.

Our INSIDE LVMH strategy revolves around three pillars:

INSIDE LVMH SITE

Launched in 2021, this international digital site www.insidelvmh.com gives students and early career professionals access to exclusive content from the Group and Maisons, as well as external experts and professors.

It proposes an ‘à-la-carte’ learning experience via articles, videos, podcasts, seminars, and more. This digital platform is a way to reach a broader diversity of students worldwide, to showcase our values, transmit our knowledge and strengthen awareness of the Group, while fueling a pipeline of talents for our Maisons.

INSIDE LVMH CERTIFICATE

With the goal of building a qualified pipeline of talents and encouraging a democratized learning approach, students and Early Career Professionals will have a chance to earn a unique certification beyond traditional academic paths. By completing 4 courses and a final quiz within 8 weeks, students can learn about LVMH and the fundamentals of luxury and boost their CV with the INSIDE LVMH Certificate. The Certificate is opened twice a year, May-July and October-December. More than 78,000 learners have been awarded with the INSIDE LVMH Certificate since 2021.

INSIDE LVMH Events

Having been committed to supporting the next generations of talents since our founding, LVMH was an industry pioneer back in 1991, creating the first luxury Chair with a top international business school.

Since then, LVMH has developed a solid strategy deployed thanks to the support and actions of all its Maisons. LVMH is currently a major partner of 12 top schools and universities worldwide, including ESSEC, HEC Paris, Institut Français de la Mode, Ecole Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Sciences Po Paris and EDHEC in France, Central Saint Martins and London School of Economics in the UK, Bocconi University in Italy, Singapore Management University, and the global alliance for management education CEMS.

A participative way to invite students and early career professionals to craft the future with LVMH, both digital and face-to-face, INSIDE LVMH events (i.e. Keynote speeches, Round tables, Seminars, Business Cases and more) reinforce their immersion into our ecosystem while helping to foster connections with our managers and recruiters. Events are organized with partner and target schools around inspiring topics (Leadership, CSR, Innovation, Career paths and more).

Leaders’ Talks: in collaboration with our partner schools, we invite Group leaders to connect with students online and inspire them by introducing their Maison, presenting the business challenges they face, and sharing their tips to succeed at LVMH.
