LVMH is the most attractive employer in France for the third year in a row in the LinkedIn Top Companies 2018 ranking. LVMH also joins the Top Companies list in the United States for the first time this year.

On March 20th LinkedIn released its list of Top Companies among jobseekers. For the third year in a row, LVMH tops the list in France and also joined the Top Companies list in the United States, ranked No. 19.

The first ranking of its kind, this list is created based on data gathered by the professional social network, including posts and the engagement they trigger, along with a company’s ability to retain talent.

This recognition once again recognizes LVMH’s dynamic talent management and is an achievement shared by all our 145,000 employees and 70 Maisons.

The Group has a series of innovative programs that place priority on talent development, from DARE LVMH to INSIDE LVMH.

INSIDE LVMH Program : This groundbreaking program targets students from 50 schools and universities in six European countries, as well as interns at the Group. An online platform enables young talents to learn more about the challenges facing the luxury industry.
