Position

Within Acqua di Parma Americas Direction, the Account Executive reports to the ADP Regional Director. The Account Executive's scope includes the Exports markets in Latin America (mainly Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Brazil, and the Caribbean islands). Must speak Spanish & English fluently.

OBJECTIVES:
>  Develop Sales & improve Market Share with the Area Manager;
>  Ensure that the brand image and presentation at the POS are aligned with the brand's standards and guidelines;
>  Manage and follow up of the Brand Manager of each distributor on a daily basis.
>  Training and follow up of BC's and temporary staff.

Follow-up on :
> Define and follow monthly retail targets per shop
> Suggest ways to improve business and sell-out, and seize opportunities
> Develop strong working relationship with Shop Managers
> Visit POS on a regular basis
> Ensure proper stock level in the shops working closely with the Brand Manager
> Write and send monthly sales report to Area Manager / HQ's team
> Write and send market visit report to Area Manager / HQ's team

Communicate the key MARKETING guidelines:
> Communicate novelties and key initiatives of marketing plans to Brand managers
> Communicate the competition's marketing activities to Area Manager & HQ's Team (pictures, reports etc.)

Implement all ANIMATION activities:
> Define the animation objectives with the Area Manager
> Implement animation in the stores and ensure all aspects of preparation of events: POS materials, transparencies, gifts, qualifiers are in place before the animation
> Recommend to the Area Manager the best animation calendar taking into account local & cultural events
> Recruit, train and motivate promoters and spray girls
> Encourage and motivate retailers' sales staff to execute these plans and meet sales objectives
> Send animation report to Area Managers & Regional MOP after each animation with results, quantitative and qualitative information and key learnings

Guarantee the MERCHANDISING policies execution:
> Create the merchandising planograms aligned with regional marketing recommendation
> Implement the corresponding planograms per door according to the agreed assortments
> Update merchandising database
> Plan, order and monitor testers, POS materials, transparencies and visuals per door according to the budget validated with the Area Manager

Training, LEAD & coach the Sales force:
> Manage BCs grooming & attitude on POS
> BCs training on novelties & on basic range
> Coaching and training BCs on Brands selling techniques
> Training generic staff in stores depending on business necessity


Profile

>  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business preferred
>  Previous experience as field supervisor or trade marketing experience desired
>  Must speak Spanish & English fluently
>  Interpersonal Communication skills
>  Rigor, Organization
>  Analytical thinker
>  Willing to travel frequently throughout Latin America
