Position

General Purpose of the Position:

To provide support to the VP of Wholesale with responsibility for the Men's category, RTW business by developing, building and maintaining overall relationships with current and new accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of Wholesale with the daily business management and needs for the Loro Piana Major department Stores and Specialty store Women's and Men's Accessories accounts.
  • Assist, develop and execute all market activities including scheduling and leading appointments, preparation of line sheets and setting up and maintaining showroom for market that occurs 4 times a year
  • Monitoring shipments and working with Operations Manager and Director of Sales to ensure timely and complete ship of all orders
  • Maintain and run an efficient and organized process for order entry and order confirmations as well as take the lead in monitoring all special orders for major and specialty store accounts
  • Coordinate online photography by managing shoot dates, sample loan outs and styling directives that follow Brand directives
  • Coordinate and manage seasonal product knowledge communication to major accounts
  • Coordinate and manage trunk show calendar for the accessories division
  • Assist in maintaining weekly, bi weekly and monthly sales recaps and participating in weekly sales team meetings

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong analytical and computer skills - High proficiency in Excel, Office Package (Word PPT), SAP
  • Excellent communication skills and polished
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Availability to travel 30 to 40% of the time
  • Strong background in accessories preferred

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 a an Account Executive or in a Buying role
