Position

- Be the first and main point of contact for all customer related queries including: deliveries; prices; product info including fabrication/codes etc.; changes to customer's payment or shipping terms; quality alerts
- Co-ordinate the order process for all clients including; processing orders; checking order confirmations to ensure full product details are completed and within the deadline
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build and preserve good relationships as well as keeping them updated on the status of their order
- Set up all new customers, sending new customer forms
- Manage some accounts, allocated by Wholesale Manager, from beginning to end from set up to market walk through and training
- Send out all order confirmations after market, with fully accurate and up to date client information
- Assist with cancellations
- Create and send all deposit invoices
- Manage seasonal projects proposed by Wholesale Managers, such as proposing target lists for new territories with images, brand mix, location etc.
- Work closely with logistic department to inform clients regarding shipping information
- Send out general information emails to wholesale customers such as mark down information, pricing updates, UPC and other ad-hoc information
- Assist with daily market reports during market
- Assist with sales appointments at campaigns and walking clients through the collection
- Organise and assist with in season product training. This includes compiling seasonal wholesale marketing materials for clinics/store visits etc.
- Develop key wholesale documents
- Manage Google map or doors, constantly updating with current and potential doors
- Manage, train, support and recruit interns
- Manage Joor and SAP
- Ensure client analysis is updated and complete ahead of market
- Collate global sell through data and build overview reports with all relevant KPIs
- Complete in-depth analysis of sell-in v sell-out report
- Assist with end of market analysis report to include product feedback
- Assist with budget planning
- Work with Merchandising to ensure detailed sell through data is shared
- Develop wholesale reporting


Profile

Education and Experience

  • Experience: experience in wholesale, preferably luxury and/or shoes
  • A fluent level in English is essential
  • Education: to Degree level or above
  • Software: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, an in-depth knowledge of excel is required
