This role is based in Cairns and responsible for the North & Central Queensland territory including Townsville, Airlie Beach and Whitsunday Islands.

This role will provide key account management and support to the Moët Hennessy luxury portfolio across the on and off premise business with a strong focus on developing new business opportunities in the on premise.
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong business acumen who has proven experience as an Account Manager preferably in the Liquor, FMCG or Hospitality industry.
As an Account Manager in our QLD Sales Team (Brisbane based), your role is to achieve Moët Hennessy Australia's business objectives & agreed sales budget for your specific territory whilst understanding and embracing the strategic imperatives of Moët Hennessy in your day to day business.
This position works closely with the Sales Manager (QLD) towards the implementation of agreed brand strategies and sales action plans amongst designated accounts, such that the highest standards of achievement in sales, price realisation, merchandising, promotions and other trade related activities are attained - with the key objectives being to achieve volume, value, NSI and brand share targets.
The core focus in respect of this position is to continue to grow the on premise as well as the off-premise side of the business across the entire brand portfolio. Some key performance objectives would include by the glass, flute and signature drink execution, crafted digital experiences within your territory, deliver activation platforms, identify and obtain new business, adhere to and exceed territory distribution targets and maintain compliance on national agreements.
Furthermore, you are responsible for enhancing Moët Hennessy Australia's culture and contributing to the overall success of QLD Sales team and the entire business.
Skills & Experience required:
Ideally, you will have Sales experience within an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company or similar with minimum proven experience of 2-3 years and have completed a tertiary qualification or TAFE equivalent. Previous experience in the North & Central Queensland market is essential. You will have excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of on and/or off premise business, have exceptional planning, presentation and negotiation skills with proven sales ability. Additionally, a thorough understanding of wine/champagne/spirit industry and an appreciation of luxury goods market requirements would be desirable.
