In order to strengthen our Finance team based in Geneva, Bulgari SA is recruiting starting from May a talented:
Accounting & Credit Risk Specialist (CDD 1 year)
Accountabilities
In this role, you are responsible for the full invoicing process and follow-up and for the administrative management of Business Partners. You frequently develop sell-in and sell-out analysis and you are in a daily communication with the Group Customer Service and Logistic department.
You are in charge of supporting the month-end close process and of managing the intercompany flows. You also take care of inventory controls and stock transactions reconciliation.
Finally, you provide support to our store and to internal services on administrative tasks.
Profile
With a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance & Accounting, you have at least two years of experience in a similar role. Digitally agile, you are comfortable with the Office Suite and particularly with Excel.
Team player, your excellent communication skills ensure you effective relationships with your internal and external stakeholders. You are a person of integrity, conscientious and committed to meeting expectations and requirements. Detail oriented and precise, you are organized and you make sure to deliver a high quality service.
Dynamic and positive, you believe that there is always a solution to any problem and you always show a hands-on approach. Finally, you are fluent in French, English and German is a great plus.
