Position
You will be part of the Accounting team of the Benelux & Nordics region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office. You will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small, dynamic & multitask team.
Tasks and projects you will be involved in:
- Support the Accounting Team of Benelux in charge of the 3 countries (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg) and give administrative support to the stores of the region;
- Invoice processing and bank reconciliations
- Assisting in various declarations, reporting and closing
- Follow up and analysis of processes
- Participation in various projects.
Profile
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch;
- Very good organizational skills;
- Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details;
- Analytical and open minded;
- Proactive, flexible and a team player;
- Preferably some previous work experience;
- Internship contract required
