Louis Vuitton is searching for our Accounts Payable Manager located in our New York City Corporate office who will manage the payment and disbursement functions for all Louis Vuitton Americas entities while confirming compliance to the Company's established guidelines and policies. You will supervise a team to ensure the accurate and timely payment of expenses, such as invoices and employee reimbursements, and consistently monitor the team's processes and transactions to identify areas of opportunity. Additionally, you will manage the administration of company programs such as the Corporate credit card and Travel and Entertainment (T&E) reporting.
As an expert in your field, the Accounts Payable Manager will support the month and year-end closing procedures and assist with the reconciliations of intern-company transactions. Being the leader of the Accounts Payable function for the zone, you will assist with the review of all General Ledger Accounts and support any internal or external audits related to the team. Lastly, you will support the relationships between internal partners such as the Financial Planning & Analysis team, Accounting, IS&T, Tax, and Internal Control.
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and who have seven years' of relevant experience. The ideal candidate has successfully managed teams and has an understanding of accounting concepts supporting the Accounts Payable functions of a company. You will have experience working in a Retail environment and must have experience using SAP. In addition, you will be adaptable to a fast paced environment, an enthusiastic team player, have exceptional communication skills and be a motivated self-starter.
