For a specific set of brands, review marketing materials submitted considering North America regulation and industry best practice.
- Evaluate the risk level of the proposed materials and as needed, propose alternative options when appropriate or required.
- Develop tool to reinforce internal early stage knowledge of the North America rules
- Create SOP to ensure efficiency and tractability
- Support internal team in case of challenge and interact with authorities and external counsel
Advanced Degree (Masters or above) required
Law school graduate preferred but not required
5+ years relevant work experience handling advertising & marketing claim review within in-house legal/regulatory team or law firm
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence without direct authority
Excellent organizational skills
Position is located in East Brunswick, NJ. Regular travel to NYC office will be required. Other domestic and international travel will be occasional.
