Louis Vuitton is seeking a Advertising Production Assistant to provide integral support to the Advertising team in New York City for a period of six months. Reporting into the Senior Advertising Manager, this role will be responsible for all material production for magazines, newspapers, outdoor, lightboxes and any other traditional media (this role excludes Digital assets) across North and South America. This role is also involved in print / outdoor media planning in partnership with Senior Manager and local agencies. In addition, the role assists with a high volume of invoice payments with management of PO creation and tracking.
Having experience in the media and advertising field, the Production Assistant will coordinate materials for all print, OOH and lightbox campaigns from Paris. This role will also liaise daily with external agencies to ensure timely and accurate materials are delivered to publishers. Additionally, this role will manage the print production calendar and creative allocation by campaign.
This role will suit an individual with a minimum of one to two years of experience working in digital production or creative space with a strong interest in fashion, magazines, and advertising. With a positive approach to your role and a solution orientated mindset, you will be a self-starter and have a keen eye for detail. Given the nature of the environment you will need to be agile to an ever changing business and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to partner with all levels of employees. Strong abilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
