The Asset Protection Team Lead is responsible for the overall protection of the company assets and enforcing of the Asset Protection strategies to combat shrink. You will motivate store staff through the delivery of training in order to protect the company and prevent store loss. You will enforce and implement standards and procedures set by the Asset Protection department and company.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have 2-4 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Security Supervision, and/or Management. The ideal candidate will also have completed certification courses (i.e. Wicklander, Reid interviewing and interrogation, LPQ or LPC) and have demonstrable working knowledge of Security/Loss Prevention affiliated equipment (C.C.T.V. / Alarm systems). The ideal candidate will also have retail experience in a multi-store environment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and strong computer, systems, and reporting skills. This role requires the ability to travel and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
