As the successful candidate you will have a driven and charismatic personality with a 'can-do' attitude. You will have exceptional sales and customer service experience that focuses on creating bespoke memories in each client engagement. You will also be an adaptable individual, who enjoys working in fast pace and evolving environments.
You will also have the proven ability to provide solid and sound support to your Boutique Manager by:
- Driving sales targets and KPI's through client strategies and new lead generation;
Ensuring that a client derives value in the brand and product during each client engagement;
Mentoring sales teams on product and the principles of client development;
Providing weekly reporting; communicating potential client and/or market shifts, changes or reactions to engagements/activities, as well as updating and monitoring the CRM.
