Position

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, as a member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store exceeds sales plan and profitability targets while providing outstanding customer service.

 

1.       Sales Management

-       Assist & Support the team to achieve and exceed boutique sales target with sales strategies, e.g. focus on specific products, role plays, imparting product knowledge, training etc, to meet the sales target

-       Be responsible for KPI's achievement for self and the team

2.       Staff Management

-       Become an expert on product and sales training modules to assist with training and developing the team members

-       Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors

-       Assist with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters

-       Assist with the rostering of staff

3.       Inventory Management

-       Assist with overseeing inventory management, i.e. managing stock level,

-       Supervise stock transfer, stock take & inventory counts

4.       Customer Service (including after-sales service)

-       Ensure best customer service & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction

-       Ensure satisfactory after sales service to customers in store

-       Assist with customer complaints in a timely manner and notify the Boutique Manager immediately.

5.       Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance

-       Assist with ensuring timely window and interior product display rotation, including new products & best seller items, in order to maximize sales opportunity and meet brand guidelines

-       Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all times

6.       Administrative Management

-       Assist with store operation, e.g. invoicing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.

-       Assist with reports and documents in a timely manner

-       Supervise and support all security procedures and measures

-       Assist with the monthly store petty cash reimbursement

7.       CRM

-       Support the team to acquire, build and maintain key customers

-       Assist with the activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty

8.       Workplace Health & Safety

-       Ensure the boutique is compliant with all Health and Safety guidelines and measures
