Position

- Development of analytics specific for Sales, Marketing or Business Planning use.
- Manage business planning brand analyst team to provide clear and concise brand performance evaluation and analysis to drive business decisions and communicate clearly the outcomes and potential implications. This includes:
1. Reporting for Champagne & Wine brands (e.g. RTM, depletion reporting, market maps, bottle collection, quarterly price analysis, allocation plan and contract database).
2. Blue Book (Commercial Plan) management.
- Assist the Senior Business Planning Manager with ad-hoc projects that relate to individual brands. Ie: For Wines and Champagne brands as required (e.g. PMTs, QBR, BRs, Contract Database and FTT planning, market share analysis). Develop and collate documentation/reports and assist in business presentations.
- Develop clear roles, responsibilities for the team under him and put into successful implementation.
- Provide senior level input for the collection, compilation and interpretative analysis of complex statistical data and business information.


Profile

- Master degree or above from a good school in Business/Data Science or related disciplines. MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
- Min 7 years of relevant experience in marketing/ sales gained from FMCG/ retail/ luxury goods industry or relevant management consultancy experience.
- Fair understanding of the wine & spirit industry.
- Able to demonstrate quantitative ability.
- Outstanding PowerPoint skills and use of graphics - common sense checks on presentation logic and numbers.
- Good knowledge of Corporate "Standard" for business presentations.
Good spreadsheet skill.
