Report-to : CDM Manager

The Purpose

Assistant Client Development Management (CDM) Manager in Christian Dior maintains and develops client-business relationships. The work of this position can help make the public more aware of our business and bring them in revenue. Assistant CDM Manager must have a strong understanding of company' products or services and knowledge of company's competitors and must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities

The Assistant CDM Manager's primary objective is to help CDM manager in helping a business meet sales and revenue goals by working closely with CDM Manager in designing plans to achieves goals and create strategies. This position must ensure that clients are satisfied with our service and the company and will bring in repeated business by resolving any outstanding issues. Also responsible for implementing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on Dior's CRM reports while continually striving to increase the efficiency of these tools


Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed and personalized client analysis in terms of grasping purchase power for each client, of analyzing each characteristic and anticipating further potential to become Dior top segment clients
  • Ensure recruitment of new clients and inactive existing client
  • Provide result recap for each Collection OTO, analysis and thank-you action planning
  • Schedule a monthly meeting and discussion on monthly dashboard, review on client segmentation matrix and to be top tier clients, client detail sharing and prospect development planning
  • Collaborate with internal partners for reporting and analysis needs (incl. boutique managers and other functional team heads, top management etc.)
  • Outline, develop and roll-out monthly client lists and campaigns, track and report out results.
  • Handle RSVP for each boutique in OTO appointments, and maximize involvement of PSR clients and new prospects
  • Create Plans for DM development and sending out (Dior DM, collaboration with department store DM)
  • Schedule for Dior Magazine order and distribution plan
  • Create a report on Retail annual client retention rate and recruit rate by SA
  • Manage and filed ad-hoc requests from boutiques and corporate members in a timely manner

Profile

► Education & Professional Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or field related to area of expertise

► Work Experience 

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position in CRM/Marketing
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus

► Other Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills (proficient in excel), experience working with large data set
  • A customer-oriented attitude
