Position
The Assistant Client Marketing Manager places an interpersonal approach at the heart of their work. They actively identify, plan and organize internal and external events to increase awareness and loyalty of Dior, as well as support the CRM function:
- support the Client Marketing Manager with reporting and analysing data
- monitor store performance in CRM campaigns
- produce post analysis report relating to client marketing activities
- develop & maintain corporate relationships with key clientele
- innovate commercial / event strategy by integrating an approach of personalized products/services to meet customer needs
- manage full event logistics cycle (schedules, guest listings, service providers, coordination of interventions) and budget management
Profile
- essential experience working with CRM systems
- great powerpoint and excel skills
- 5+ years in client development / event management roles
- in-depth understanding of local & global luxury clientele needs & trend
- innovative design thinking
- immaculate attention to details
- great interpersonal & presentation skills
