l Oversee brand Tmall flagship store and standalone site (TBD) business
l Develop online acquisition, conversion and retention strategy to increase sales/traffic on the Tmall flagship store
l Manage Tmall flagship store setup project with the support of vendors
l Collaborate with internal teams (e.g PR, Product Marketing and CRM teams) to develop online marketing and CRM programs to increase sales and retain existing customers
l Manage the flagship store contents and merchandise plan to improve the user experience and conversion
· Minimum 5 years experience at interactive agencies and/or online marketing division for consumer brand, E-commerce experience is mandatory.
· Familiar with Tmall business operation methodologies
· Strong background in online marketing and analytics.
· Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral
· Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand is a plus
· Strong customer focus and knowledge in business.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
· Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently
· Bachelor degree above in relevant major
