1.Assist line Manager in driving consumer understanding and shopper insights as inputs for commercial and business strategy
Collaborating with agencies to ensure project design well addresses business needs. Project execution is accurate with genuine samples and correct data collection method. Report delivery and conclusion that well reflects research objectives and output is actionable to the business.
Liaising with Maison on various global research projects to ensure local input and project quality
Provide analytical support for different internal stakeholders to ensure that consumer and commercial insights are applied effectively to key marketing decisions
2.Support line manager in market intelligence monitoring
Desk research on macroeconomic, industry trend, luxury trend and consumer trend to prepare quarterly update for internal circulation.
Monitor and consolidate competitor intelligence from various sources and delivery regular competitor review for business use
3.Provide support on market information and competitor analysis for strategy planning and budgeting/brand plan development

4.Other ad-hoc projects required by line manager
Excellent written & spoken English & Chinese
4-5 years' professional experience in a multi-national research agency; Quantitative background preferred. Client side experience is a plus.
