We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Customer Marketing in Hong Kong Office. The position will be responsible for managing and executing the strategic promotional activations for the Moët Hennessy Diageo portfolio for the Off-Premise channel.  The primary focus will be to work with the Manager, Customer Marketing, and both the Brand Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute initiatives that are in line with the overall brand strategies and that can deliver a 3-way win: for Moët Hennessy Diageo, our customers and the consumer.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Teams to implement and execute of trade activation in Off-Premise channel across Moët Hennessy Diageo portfolio and deliver activations in full timely
  • Responsible for monthly reports to analyze brand and competitor performance with internal and syndicated data sources, provide insightful findings to identify growth opportunities
  • Be the channel leader to manage merchandising, PG and promotional displays at the POS
  • Support Customer Marketing Manager to develop Joint Business Plans and Category Management strategy for respective key channels
  • Work collaboratively with Brand Marketing Teams to develop all promotion materials and merchandising in alignment with overall promotion and sales strategies
  • Manage 3rd party agencies to deliver excellent execution and represent the brand in accordance with global brand guidelines, and luxury positioning
  • Develop and coordinate the required suite of activation tools, including forecasting, developing and provisioning of Value-added packs, POSM and visibility/merchandising tools for activation plan implementation
  • Develop digital marketing collaterals and collaborate with E-commerce team to ensure smooth launch of e-retail programs
  • Act as a category consultant for our customers
  • Equip Sales team with tools to win new opportunities and to spend more quality time with customers



  • Full written and spoken proficiency in English; Cantonese language skills is mandatory

Professional experience & know how

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
  • Possessing industry experience in Wine & Spirits, Luxury Goods, Hospitality or FMCG will be highly desirable
  • Affinity to merchandising, trade marketing, retail marketing and category management experience is an advantage

  • Strong marketing and digital mindsets with good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and latest marketing technologies
  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability to provide insightful findings
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate finding and translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Understanding of analytical tools, and strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros, and other advanced functions)
