This position will be the key contributor to drive the complete Louis Vuitton brand experience in terms of product quality. You will be accountable for handling Quality cases and providing insights to our Headquarter through analyzing the activities within the quality domain for continuous product improvement.
Product Quality Improvement
In addition to the daily management of quality alerts, you will conduct using tests and work closely with Repair team to collect and share with Headquarter the technical information for product improvement.
As the expert of Quality, you will follow up on Quality cases with our retail teams and collaborate with the Client Care Service team to provide the best solution to clients.
Building Autonomy at Retail
To empower our Client Advisors and maximize their selling efforts, you will develop and deliver workshops for building their knowledge on product quality as well as autonomy in handling Quality cases and product enquiries.
- Solid experience in product quality and after-sales from luxury retail
- Seek to understand the business and clients, possess strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Analytical, curious with eye for detail
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
