Position
Responsible for Retail Operation Project Management in Fendi China. Key responsibilities include:
- Store standard operation procedure audit
- Retail Projects management
- Action plans & Continuous improvement process
- New store opening & onboarding
- Store daily expenses budget and monitoring
Store standard operation procedures audit
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the area stores and solve unresolved operational issues
- Ensure the guidelines and the coordination of the retail materials and packaging are at WW standard
- Conduct store visit to ensure the daily store operation is in line with HQ guidelines and standards
- Ensure that the highest standard of housekeeping on and off the sales floor are maintained at all times
- Provide necessary resources and support to stores
- Suggest and prepare necessary steps to have optimum stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies
- Implement and support all security measures
Retail projects management
- Coordinate rEvolution project (from requirement definition to full rollout)
- Ensure Retail Master Data is updated on regular basis
- Ensure the rollout of additional retail projects identified throughout the year
Action plans & Continuous improvement process
- Liaise with Regional on the procedure enhancement and optimization, always keep the system up to latest needs
- Based on Audit finding outs, partner with Regional and other relevant stakeholders on follow-up action plans
- Implement actions to help store team to better understand business opportunities drive sales and or KPI's
New store opening & onboarding
- Assist new store opening projects, leasing with external and internal partners, ensure a smooth process and on time accomplishment
- make sure any new store manager on board is well trained on Operation standards, procedures and tools
- Cooperate with Facility Manager for different store facility maintenance projects, to ensure store environment is managed to the brand standard
Store daily expenses budget and monitoring
- Control costs for optimum effectiveness of operations
- Be responsible for the store daily consumption budget, including daily expenses, maintenance, packaging, and security, etc.
- Cooperate with Finance team to ensure the budget is closely monitored and actively managed
Profile
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in luxury retail industry (including Fashion, W&J, Hospitality)
Education :
- Bachelor degree or above
Language :
- Very good command of English and Mandarin
- Italian would be a plus

- Hands-on retail operation and project management experience
- Excellent people management and communication skills
