Position

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management and Business Development

- Assist Store Manager to monitor and achieve store performance and profitability with relevant KPIs

- Assist Store Manager to demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set reasonable sales targets to the team

- Assist Store Manager to instruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of all company operating procedures, including merchandise, receipt, pricing, counts and sales

- Assist Store Manager to manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards

Staff Management

- Assist Store Manager to manage sales force to achieve sales goals effectively and monitor their day-to-day tasks

- Assist Store Manager to motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations

- Assist Store Manager to ensure the proper management of staffing roster to provide appropriate store coverage

- Supervise store personnel and enforce Company policies while adhering to proper procedures regarding disciplinary action

Administrative Management, Communication and Reporting

- Assist Store Manager to manage day-to-day needs and administration

- Assist Store Manager to oversees and ensure accurancy in daily invoices, petty cash, control invoices, instruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns

- Assist Store Manager to oversee all facets of store operation including billing, daily reconciliation reports, bank statements and sales reports to Area Manager and Retail Director

- Assist Store Manager to implement and support all security measures

- Assist Store Manager to take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in the store, implement and support all security measures


Profile

Experience      

- Minimum 5 years experience in the area of fashion and/or retail industry

- 2 years experience in leading and managing a team     

- Strong passion and knowledge of the luxury retail industry    

Education

- Tertiary qualifications     

- Written and spoken English, any additional Asian languages/dialects a plus

- Detail-orientated    

- Capable of analyzing, organizing and planning      

- Entrepreneurial spirit     

- Team player 

Skills

- Strong computer literacy         

- Excellent presentation skills
