> Trade Related Resource Allocation and Tracking
1.Help Senior Trade Marketing Manager to design a methodology to allocate trade related resources following the guidelines and schemes agreed.
2.Design a process to track the implementation of above resource allocation by brands.
3.Conduct resource usage effectiveness analysis on monthly basis and build up the communication mechanism to share the results with key stakeholders.
4.Optimize the methodology and the process to reflect the concerns of all the key stakeholders.
> Trade Marketing Department Infrastructure building and optimization
1.Assist Senior Trade Marketing Manager on building up POSM management system, including smoothing the process, evaluating current service providers, tracking the usage of POSM.
2.Maintain Trade Marketing commercial database.
3.Consolidate current Merchandising database and maintain it.
4.Support the development and monthly update of Sales Playbook.
> Work on ad hoc trade marketing related projects
> University graduate or above, major in Business/Marketing.
> Excellent English and Mandarin in speaking and writing.
Professional experience & know how:
> Min 5 years of relevant experience in marketing/ sales gained from FMCG/ retail/ luxury goods industry or relevant management consultancy experience.
> Good understanding of the wine & spirit industry.
Technical & management skills:
> Able to demonstrate quantitative ability.
> Strong commercial marketing sense and be insightful on consumer understanding.
> Brand Management knowledge on the brand positioning/ media / PR / promotion / research / merchandising.
> Good creative and strategic thinking as well as logical analytical skills.
